2. Bookings & Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by NextJoy.
• Advance payment (full or partial) may be required to confirm a reservation.
• Booking confirmation will be shared via WhatsApp, email, or SMS.

3. Tariffs & Payments

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• All tariffs are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as mentioned at the time of booking.
• Any additional services, activities, food, or damages will be charged separately.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the booking terms and timelines shared during confirmation.
• No refunds will be provided for early check-outs, no-shows, or unused services.

5. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in and check-out timings will be as specified at the time of booking.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

6. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect local culture, environment, and other guests.
• Any damage to tents, property, furniture, or equipment will be chargeable.
• Illegal activities, substance abuse, or behavior causing disturbance will result in immediate eviction without refund.

7. Safety & Liability

• Guests participate in outdoor activities, bonfires, trekking, or sightseeing at their own risk.
• NextJoy shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, accident, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• Children must be supervised by parents or guardians at all times.

8. Weather & Force Majeure

• Services may be affected by weather conditions, natural calamities, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
• No liability or compensation shall arise due to events beyond our control.

9. Environmental Responsibility

• NextJoy promotes responsible and eco-friendly tourism.
• Littering, plastic waste, or harm to nature is strictly prohibited.
• Guests must follow eco-friendly practices during their stay.

10. Photography & Media

• NextJoy may use photographs or videos taken at the property for promotional purposes.
• Guests who do not wish to be photographed must inform us in advance.

11. Third-Party Services

• Third-party services or local vendors are independent entities.
• NextJoy is not liable for disputes, delays, or service quality issues related to third parties.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
• All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Koraput.
