Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Guest

• More than 7 days prior to check-in:
  ✔ 90% of the booking amount will be refunded (10% retained as processing charges).
• 3 to 7 days prior to check-in:
  ✔ 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
• Less than 72 hours prior to check-in:
  ✘ No refund will be applicable.
• No-show or early check-out:
  ✘ No refund for unused nights or services.

2. Cancellation / Modification by NextJoy

• In rare cases of unavoidable circumstances (extreme weather, natural calamities, government restrictions, or safety concerns), NextJoy reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings.
• Guests will be offered either:
  • A full refund, or
  • Rescheduling of stay to a future date (subject to availability).

3. Date Change / Rescheduling

• One-time rescheduling is allowed if informed at least 72 hours before check-in, subject to availability.
• Any tariff difference applicable for the new dates must be paid by the guest.
• Rescheduled bookings are non-refundable if cancelled later.

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.
• Transaction or payment gateway charges, if any, are non-refundable.

5. Group Bookings & Special Packages

• Cancellation and refund terms for group bookings, corporate events, festive dates, and special packages may differ and will be communicated at the time of booking.

6. Third-Party Bookings

• For bookings made through OTAs or third-party platforms, the respective platform’s cancellation and refund policy will apply.
• NextJoy will not be liable for refunds processed by third-party platforms.
