Payment Policy

NextJoy – The Deomali Experience
This Payment Policy outlines the terms related to payments, pricing, and financial transactions for bookings made with NextJoy – The Deomali Experience, Deomali, Koraput, Odisha.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

  • UPI
  • Debit / Credit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Cash (only for on-site incidental expenses, subject to approval)
  • Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways

2. Booking Payment Terms

  • Advance or full payment is mandatory to confirm any booking.
  • Bookings without successful payment confirmation may be auto-cancelled without prior notice.
  • Payment terms may vary for peak season, weekends, festivals, group bookings, or special packages.

3. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Applicable GST or government taxes will be charged as per prevailing laws.
  • Final tariff will be confirmed at the time of booking.

4. On-Property Charges

  • Additional services during the stay (extra food, activities, damages, extended stay, etc.) must be settled before check-out.
  • Failure to clear dues may result in withholding of belongings or legal recovery as permitted by law.

5. Failed / Duplicate Transactions

  • If a failed transaction results in a debit, the refund will be processed as per bank or payment gateway timelines (usually 7–10 working days).
  • Guests are advised to share transaction details for faster resolution.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed strictly as per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.
  • Payment gateway or bank charges, if any, are non-refundable.

7. Third-Party / OTA Payments

  • For bookings made through MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, or other OTAs, payment terms and refunds will be governed by the respective platform’s policy.
  • NextJoy is not responsible for payment disputes arising from third-party platforms.

8. Right to Refuse Service

  • Refuse or cancel bookings due to suspected fraud, payment disputes, or policy violations.
  • Adjust tariffs in case of pricing errors or technical issues.
