Check-in & Check-out Policy

1. Standard Timings

• Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM

Guests are requested to strictly adhere to these timings to ensure smooth operations.

2. Early Check-in & Late Check-out

• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
• Additional charges may apply and must be confirmed in advance.
• Unauthorized late check-out may attract penalty charges as decided by management.

3. Identity Verification

• All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
• Accepted IDs: Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, or Passport.
• Local ID proof requirements will be followed as per law.
• Guests without valid ID may be denied check-in without refund.

4. Minimum Age Requirement

• The primary guest checking in must be 18 years or older.
• Children must be accompanied by parents or legal guardians.

5. Occupancy Policy

• The number of guests per tent must not exceed the maximum occupancy limit.
• Extra guests may be charged additionally or refused entry.

6. Early Departure

• No refund will be provided for early check-outs or unused nights, as per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Delayed Arrival / No-Show

• Guests must inform in advance in case of delayed arrival.
• Failure to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and cancelled without refund.

8. Property Rights

• Management reserves the right to assign or change accommodation units due to operational requirements, without affecting the guest experience.
